First they tell you about the company and then give you options for your trips location. Take all your information and asks that you send a copy of your id back. You should receive any email from the resort confirming your reservations and then you can by your plane ticket. They always have you on hold or nobody is in the office who can help you. I should of known something was up but I went didn’t itch it anyways ?????
