Hello, I don’t recommend this product, because the return policy is not flexible. I bought to boots from the website and they didn’t fit I wanted to change the size but they don’t allow it. In other shoe companies you can change the size but in this one you can’t

I had seen several e-mails in my account regarding ankle high boots and I purchased them online, receiving a confirmation for my order and they also charged my credit card that same day. I have been unable to contact them using their online address or phone #. I feel I have been scammed as their is not confirmation of shipping and unable to contact them directly. The e-mail comes accross as Fullioboots thru my e-mail.
