I ordered 2 pairs of boots. When they arrived they were to small, even though I followed their instructions on size selection. I tried to contact them numerous times and every time they ask me the same questions: 1 send a copy of return instruction sheet, (none arrived w the order.)

2. Send a picture of item. 3. Attach a letter specific Problem.

The problem was they were too small and I wanted a refund or to exchange for next size.

They responded that they did not accept returns if the error was due to me ordering the wrong size- which I did not.

I turned this over to my bank and Fullio boots told them twice that the problem was resolved as they had evidence of correct delivery. ( which was not the problem).

I have again notified my bank.
