I got a text message on September 28, 2015 from 817-725-5213 from a Mr. Steven C. Jones claiming that he is the Director of Quality Control of (Fullerton Healthcare) and Employee Compliance. Text me saying that Steven received my posted resume. I was wondering what company because I applied for any companies. Mr. Steven text me saying that is was for a job posting that need to be filled immediate, and I need to interview on via yahoo instant messenger IM that way it would be faster. Asked me if have a yahoo account or a Google account. I said yes and gave my email. After Steven told me to IM Lori Watson on yahoo messenger ID/ Google. Email address are [email protected], [email protected] or [email protected], [email protected]. And that Lori was on the IM now waiting.

Once I downloaded the messenger on yahoo.com I looked her up by using [email protected]. The talk was question on how my day is going and reply on how her day was. Once that was done she introduces her self as Mrs. Lori Watson Director of Quality Control & Employee Compliance of (Fullerton Healthcare) located in Tacoma, WA. Was told by messenger that she was in control of briefing me about the company and asked for name, sex, age, and where I was located. Once I send her the information she began by telling me the company name Fullerton Healthcare i was interviewing for a position, working with different departments and gave a website (www.fullertonhealthcare.com.au) Then talked about the company telling me that the head quarters are located in Singapore operating more than 130 clinics across the Asia-Pacific and 1,000 doctors and nurses, 8,000 medical providers & institutions. and more information on the company. I looked up the company and notice that the same information is on the website word by word. Then after stated that the company is currently working on setting up more branches that's why the company is employing online, but when the new office near you is ready I could be assigned to one of them that is, if I qualify after the interview.... Then stated the closest office location to me will be completed estimated three months from now. The position and job done for now will be done from home till the office is completed and: as soon as you are confirmed qualified, the company will provide you with complete office equipment to setup a mini office at home. Then asked if accept the position. In which I believed was good so I did. Then more information on the company of Fullerton Healthcare and expressed the skills and experience on my resume letting me know that the company has 47 Full time/Part time employees, 25 Flexible Contract workers are known as the younger Workers & training will last up to one month due to they employee only have the necessary skills but lack the needed experience. That my training will last for just one week due to my already have the required skills and experience.

Then stated the company has three working sections which are (morning, Evening, & Full Day). The Morning section begins at 8am- 1pm; Evening section 2pm-7pm. Full section has both hours with an hour break 1pm-2pm.

Offering me $13.00 an hour for training and $27.00 an hour after. With a work week of 30 to 40 hours a week. Gave me the benefits of the company Health, Dental, Life and ADD&D Insurance, Employee Wellness and 401K plan. Paid Off and Holidays with Generous Company Discounts after a ninety day with the company.

The RESPONSIBILITES/ DUTIES: heavy data entry/ administrative tasks updating client information in computer system running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft word, excel, and access inputting purchase orders and so on. Asked, if I could handle the duties. I responded with a yes. Asked, if I had a laptop and hp printer. I responded with a yes, and then was told I would be trained to print checks and the company will handle the sending fee. Asked how many years experience do I have in Data Entry/ Book Keeping and Customers service? I answered the question and then was asked about clerical speed and MS excel experience, education and what am I looking to do once hire with the company. Once answered the question was told so far good. Then was told to hold, and once came back online on messenger was told I was hired.

I was told; you are welcome to Fullerton Healthcare you are now given a chance to show your zeal, commitment, charisma, diligence and be a productive employee. My supervisor’s will reach you by via-mail for the position offer-documents and your working papers. Also they will put you through our company’s guidelines under US human Resources Laws And Regulations you will earn $300.00 weekly, you will receive your pay via check weekly.

You will receive your duties online everyday and I will always be online to assist you with any difficulties your primary duties include: Preparation of Balance sheets (Mimi), account balancing, invoicing recording proper data analysis of sales records and recording pay slips into accounting data base. Second duties: Now your supervisor, who would be to required to work according to instructions, using the Microsoft Office tools & the Account software.

I responded with Okay.

Told then, you would be eligible to benefits after 90 days of working with the company, explained the benefits. Told to report online by 8am-4pm daily. I responded with Okay.

Asked for full name, current address, phone number and e-mail address. Once I gave the information. I was told I would be under going a week training & orientation which will commence as soon as you have all working materials. I was asked if I had an Office Max, and the zip code to locate one. I responded with yes and gave the zip code. I was told to purchase Mysoftware Checksoft Home & Business 2014, for $49.99 from Office Max. I explained I did not have any money until two days later. I was put on a online hold by Lori writing Alright hold online. Came back asked to report to her online tomorrow morning at 8am.
