I order a product from them about two months ago when I email them to see where my product is all keep getting was the same email then I asked for money back and i still get the same email do not use this website now I'm out of money and the product i bought

I ordered a lip kit from Fujusun on December 4th and have not received ANY update nor have I received and responses when I email the support email that is provided on the website. I received a text that they got my payment and it was clearly taken from my bank account, but have not gotten anything other than an automated email.

I ordered a knee brace and they won’t reply to my emails or send any tracking information I tried to contact them they won’t reply I just want my money back
