I filed a dispute on Paypal, and after several months , I lost the case, because I didn't send back the cutting board to China. (They provided a fake address). I know a friend using message to contact Paypal and got refund after 1-2 days.

Same as above happened to me. Ordered 2 man hammock got a cheap substitute and PayPal are said I needed to return at my expense for a refund. I did at my expense but it could not be deliver as no one at the address. It was tracked and eventually I was refunded in full ( although I had paid a third of the original price to return). AVOID!

Ordered what i thought was a scrap decomposer for "$19". Paid a total of at least $44AUD last August 2020. I have not recieved anything but a SMALL CHEAP CHOPPING BOARD THAT'S BROKEN INTO PIECES. I have tried to contact the compant/shopify email several times with no luck. Made attempts to obtain direct contact details of the manager but they are hopeless!

I also just got scammed from this company! I purchased 2 fertilizer machines and got a cheap, tiny cutting board instead. They offered me 5% discount. With all these complaints, I can't believe Paypal has not banned them from making transactions through them and facebook as well, since I saw the ad there with all the fantastic reviews. People, send your complaints to Facebook and Paypal and let them know what you think of the scammer and of the company who should have done the right thing and ban them. Instead they ask questions like they never heard about this scam before and yet I find all these complaints after the fact. Also, contact your credit card company to see if you can get reimbursed.

My wife is Chinese and would like the satisfaction of at least giving them an earful about this family ancestry and lack of moral ethics.

Don't expect to get satisfaction other than disputing my Paypal charge with my credit card company (which doesn't punish the right people). Paypal & Shopify are innocent middle men.

This is a bad company goes by insmall on Facebook. My package was sent very damaged and not my full order. Upon contacting the company they gave excuses and a mere 5% discount and said to send it back. Escalating the claim through Paypal. Hope for some resolution.

Apparently I'm the latest to receive a cutting board than a composter that I ordered a month ago. Looks like our money is mostly lost to the scammer and I wonder how much we can do to get our money back and to hunt the scammer down... no big expectation but just asking...

If you paid with paypal go and file the complaint with them. There is lot of scammer right now in the market. Especially the facebook should take them down and come up with the genuine companies advertisement.

I was the victim of the composter scam! I ordered the composter and received the same cheap cutting board. The company refuses to refund 100% of my money, so I contacted PayPal. I'm waiting for a resolution now. The company only offered a 5% and then a 20% refund and only if I shipped the item back to China. What a ripoff!

Contact them, they ask if I want 5% refund.

Contact Paypal, get no help either.

They use a complex cheating network from Shopify, Paypal, the Fuhai to complete a transaction. Even buying online, they charge credit card via Paypal using in person transaction to make difficult to dispute with credit card company.

I think we should start a class action lawsuit to suit Fuhai, Paypal, Shopify, and any credit company making difficult to get money back.
