Type of a scam Online Purchase
Then cancelled my membership online with Best Buy thinking it was legitimate. I called Best Buy and they said the email was fraudulent but that my coverage is now expired and if I wanted to purchase a new one for $199.99.
This is an internal scam from Best Buy to free themselves from warranty responsibility for high risk clients with multiple high cost items under their warranty plan.
Please investigate this as I suspect it is an internal company fraud from Best Buy itself for Total Tech coverage voiding of warranty coverage. This is fraud.
