***SCAM ALERT***855-287-7043 called and left a message for my mom. My mom called them back and they said they were Frost Arnett Collection and she was being sued for $2304. They were asking her questions about her date of birth and her address. She asked from whom and they told her they didn’t have that information. She continued to question them and they said they would have to research it and get back with her in a couple weeks. She asked why she was never notified of a bill and they said it was being mailed to the wrong address. They said it was being mailed to Lexington, AL!!! (They have never lived there)

There are no collections or late payments in my mom’s credit bureau file. I called 855-287-7043 and the recorded message said my call was being recorded. The lady I spoke with said she couldn’t help me without a phone number. I gave her the number and told her to never call my parents number again and if they did I would contact my attorney and file harassment charges against them. I asked her if she understood and she said yes ma’am I also told her shame on them for trying to take advantage of elderly people. I am writing this in hopes that if anyone gets a call from these people they just hang up. DON’T ALLOW THEM TO GET YOU UPSET!! Please do not use my name or personal information.
