On Saturday, August 27, 2022, I did a search online for Frontline Doctors and the website Frontline Medical Doctors came up. I requested an online doctor's consultation and treatment. The website requested that I choose between $50 for a doctor's consultation only or $95 for a "Complete Telemedicine Visit w/ Treatment " that was suppose to include medication. I first called to make sure that it would include the cost of medications as the treatment. They assured me that it did. I chose the $95 "Complete Telemedicine Visit w/ Treatment ". After paying the $95 fee I was contacted and received the doctor's consultation online. I contacted the company and spoke to customer service on Monday. I was told that the prescription would be sent out to a pharmacy and that they would contact me. After not receiving a phone call from a pharmacy, I called the company again and was told they would send the prescription to another pharmacy. This pharmacy called me and told me that it would be $599.44 for the prescription. According to the Frontline Medical Doctors website, the cost of the treatment was included with the doctor's consultation to customer service, there would only be an "additional charge for shipping from the pharmacy". This was misleading since the pharmacy did want to charge the full cost of the prescription medication treatment totaling $599.44 and not just the shipping cost. The website is falsely advertising the the "Complete Telemedicine Visit w/ Treatment " covers the cost of the medication as being included but is not. I declined to pay the extra cost of the medication in the amount of $599.44. The doctor's consultation is worthless without the medications. Please look in to this intentional false advertising scheme.
