A person by the name of Joe from saying that someone is filing a complaint against you and if I don't respond an apartment application with be granted without my permission. I called the number and the person said this is the Frontier Group and was transferred to a Robert Schwartz. I was told that a civil suit will be filed against me for a debt they purchased from 2015. He then goes on to say that they sent a letter back in April and did not receive correspondence. I asked if documentation could be resent. He said yes I can send the information by email. I asked to send the documentation by mail as well and he proceeded to say that I may be served with court papers before the actual documentation is sent by mail. I gave him my email address. he sent a email from rightsignature.com from a Henry Harrison. First as soon as you open the document it prompts you to sign the agreement. The documentation presented had the debtor on it but the letterhead said United Law. This morning I get a call from a coworker to find out Robert Schwartz called to and wanted to speak to me. I also want to add that a message was left with my father, my daughter and my sister was called 3 times. I emailed back requesting additional documentation and has not received a response as of yet.

This just happened to me. This number called and Schwartz called. What can I do? They called my job and spoke to HR. They wouldn’t tell me who the debt was from. How did they get my information?

similar to other people's experienced- they said i owed @$2000.00 but would be willing to settle for half if i accepted. did research and found others had been scammed.
they never gave me the opportunity to dispute this. paid a" deposit" $100.00 and 3 monthly payments of $150.00 each. My bank refunded me $400.0 of this- they still owe me $150.00- need help on how to get this back

incorrect address and email- i dont have that info on them have been trying to find it- all i have is 2 phone numbers

My son's employer was contacted. He then recieved an email stating he owed a medical debt for $1,506.58 and that their client was willing to settle for $600 but it must be paid immediately. They said to accept the offier to complete the agreement and sign the attachment and payment on page 2. Page 2 was a signature website. Rightsignature.com Citrix RightSignature. They threatened to seize property, garnish his bank account. The scary thing is they had his full social security number and his date of birth. They did have Lawrence on the email and that is not his first name but the guy said that is what they were provide. The email had Henry Harrison as the attorney and the guy I spoke to gave me a name of Lionel Monlina. While I was speaking to them they ask for my name and when I provided it they said your his mother. So way too much information. They were from San Diego Ca and we reside in Indiana so we know something was off. I contacted the Public Trade Commission and gave them all the above information. A few minutes later when I tried to open the document is showed the document was voided by the sender.
