First person called and said they were attempting to serve papers due to failure to pay a credit card, they gave us a number to call to discuss they legal action.

We called the number, the lawyer said we had a credit card that was opened years ago. We payed on it for awhile but then stopped paying. Since we stopped paying and did not respond to their attempts collect we are being sued.

We contacted the credit card company and they do not have any record of any open or closed accounts.

Received a phone call from this company. Said that I have a lawsuit being brought against me for an outstanding medical bill. They knew my last four of my social security number and address. But couldn't give me any more information. The gentleman I spoke with name is WILLIAM BREWER if that's his name. I called my doctor and checked to make sure I had nothing and they confirmed with me that there were no outstanding bills in my name. They said right off the bat have I been served which I just knew it was a scam. Pay attention everyone, get your credit checked daily which I do, and don't pay anyone anything until you know what you have going on with yourself first. I hope they get busted and shut down. They want to scare you right off the bat saying if I was served by a sheriff. That's when I knew they were full of it.
