This company calls low end employees asking "do you have ___ model printer?" They proceed to hang up and "send" toner that was never ordered or authorized. They then send a bill months later with an "independent collections action pending" fee for something we never ordered. I called to dispute the invoice and when the "employee" refused to send me to a manager i responded with having my office manager calling and the response was "oh I'm shaking in my boots." I have NEVER received such condescending unprofessional responses unless its a scam. Please warn your employees of this scam.
