I was browsing Facebook marketplace for a gas dryer and got a pop up from Frigidaire.store offering a gas dryer for $99.00. I wanted to see how long it would take to arrive. The page asked for personal info and said “shipping details provided on next page”. I entered my info as I have before, thinking it would give me a summary of taxes and fees and tell me how long it would take to arrive and ask me to confirm my purchase. It did not, my payment was taken and fake emails were sent with a tracking number associated with PayPal, which I thought funny because I didn’t even use PayPal. I never received any tracking information ever, so I called Frigidaire and they have nothing for me. I emailed the seller, which listed as “Jintai LLC”, for shipping information or a refund which they sent a poorly translated email saying “ Hello ! I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Since the product has been sent, you can take a picture and contact us after receiving it. Returns. We will refund all your money!”
