Friendly Shih Tzu Puppies is a fraudulent "family-operated business." Payment requested via Zelle. I asked if I could pick up the puppies and was told not today, and it was at this point I started worrying and in denial that I had been had. An email from the seller with tracking information, etc. was sent to me and then the "First-Class Shippers" contacted me demanding money $980) for a climate controlled pet crate due to weather conditions. I told them no and contacted the seller immediately. He claimed to not know what was going on and he would refund the money and then he would not answer any questions regarding the location of the "delivery agency."
