Purchased a fennec fox using zelle as payment method. Received email from pet carrier claiming to be Pacific Logistics LLC with the shipping details from California to New York. When the fox supposedly reached Nebraska the carrier requested a refundable insurance fee of $3,275 that I would get back upon delivery of the fox. I refused and requested a refund from Friendly Exotic Pets. I have not received a response from anyone.
