Fell victim to a Facebook ad for giant floating mats. I had some doubts in the back of my mind, so I utilized my credit card through PayPal to make the purchase (buyer protection, right?). Ordered 6 (group order with friends), and paid for rush shipping. Received a series of fishy tracking numbers to no-name shipping companies.. but low and behold, received my 6 mats almost 2 months later (all on different days). They are a joke, nothing like what is pictured. PayPal has been ZERO help. Told us to file a report with the Internet Crime Complaint Center and they would refund us that day. Now going back on their word. Only will offer a refund if I ship the 6 mats back to China, and they are offering $30 to cover shipping. Not even close. I was scammed once, not going to do it again. Really disappointed in PayPal, so now I'm in the process of trying to take it up with my credit card company. Meanwhile, I'm out $288.
