Repeated calls despite do not call request
They start off by saying they are reaching out regarding the tax information associated with your file. There may be still resolution options worth reviewing, and I'd like to determine what may apply to your situation.
When I ask how they got my information they hang up on me. When I ask for a supervisor they tell me no supervisors are available and hang up on me. When I ask to not call me again they say they will put me on their do not call list, but they call me again and again. Even after they tell me they are putting me on the list then hang up on me. At this point it is has become harassment.
