I ordered from their site via Facebook. I entered my credit card information and received an order confirmation in late November 2022. Tracking information never updated so I started emailing them. Initially I was told it was on it's way and they were responding to my emails and after a number of weeks they stopped replying. It is now August of 2023 and I have still never received my order or any kind of refund and they have not been responding to my emails for months now. No one will get back to me. They stole my money and gave me nothing in return. They are criminals. Now they have my credit card information.

I purchased 3 keychains based off of an add I saw on an Instagram post. The order was paid for by credit card. A tracking number was sent with my receipt however, it was not a functioning tracking number. It identified that a preshipment label was created in a city in my state but nothing had shipped. After 6 weeks I reached out to the company and was told my shipment would be on its way. It has been over 3 months now and I have had no additional communications with the company and have not received my order or a refund. The tracking number still indicated a pre shipment label was created the day I placed my order.
