I made an order on 04/27 to be picked up on 04/30. In the FreshGoGo app, the FAQ says “on the day of delivery, if you cannot make it, please contact customer support.”. I am unable to pick it up on 4/30 anymore so I contacted customer support on 4/28. The customer support told me that “ on the day of delivery, if you cannot make it, it means you give it up” and they only refund 75% of dry goods. The two answers are clearly not indifferent.
