I am requesting an investigation into the business practices of a company based in Keller, Texas, under the name "Fresh Alternatives". I was introduced to this company via Facebook in a closed crafting group where a client of theirs was explaining her experiences with them, and the harassment she received when she left a negative review of the supposed teeth whitening product. On a public forum the person running the business' page not only attacked clients personal appearance (calling them fat and ugly), but also implied their socioeconomic statuses and insulted and attacked them based on his/her assumptions. 



Furthermore, after lightly investigating their website, I found this same type of behavior in their "About Us", stating that they will not deliver a product to a customer if they purchase less than $100 (despite selling product less than $100), as it is "a waste of my time". Personally, if I had decided to purchase a product for less than $100, I would expect to receive it regardless of the time in which it took. 



I urge the ScamPulse.com to please investigate Fresh Alternatives, not only for the sake of past or potential clients, but to preserve the level of integrity and ethics that businesses in Keller have worked so hard to have.
