FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Ordered two life jackets for frenchies in August... and never received. After continually chasing they admitted lost in transport and have promised refund... which has never been received so I have now had to report to the bank as a fraudulent transaction. Cant comment on customer service as THERE IS NONE!

Website is a hoax. Ordered and never received my product - numerous others have had the same experience after doing a quick online search. Report the items as "lost in transit" and offer a refund, but usually never receive it.

Also, website links to, "reportedly," another users Facebook account - https://www.facebook.com/FRENCHBULLDOGBREEDER/. They mentioned never getting a response from the business as well for using their FB page.

Shut this fraudulent account down - they post all over instagram and I'm sure get others to order numerous order per day/week.

I am wondering how this business profile is still on Ιnstagram with some millions followers without any comment for all these incidents.
Like others, goods were lost in transit, i will get a refund, no refund and no reply since then. Please report their profile in social accounts

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I purchased anything from Frenchie World! I ordered an expensive car seat since October 2021, never received it, was told it got lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told it will be credited to the account but I never received it till today and they stopped communicated with me all together. I am going to report this company to The Federal Trade Commission Consumer Information! I hope everyone else got scammed by this company will report them, nothing probably going to be done but at lease they might be able to flag this company, I hope.

Ordered 2 items. It has been a year now and I still haven’t received a refund or the item. It took 7 months to receive my other item and it didn’t fit my dog. Ignored in emails. Terrible business.

Waited a month for item, than wrong item received damage. Request refund. No response. I have emailed over and over and always get a genetic email back like it’s a robot.

Ordered 3 items from Frenchie world - all shipped separately, first took 2 months to receive - very poor quality, sizing didn’t match chart or measurements - threw it away because I couldn’t bare dealing with them. Second item was way too big, purchased using same measurements and size chart … 3rd item never shipped, emailing Annie back and forth throughout - she admitted it was never shipped and promised a refund in 10-15 days, waited - no refund, got back in touch, Annie was checking with accounts - then, ghosted - Annie won’t reply, no response to emails and no refund. These people are disgusting ,fraudulent criminals and they should be shut down.

We ordered 5 items from Frenchie World two months ago, we received 2 after 1 month. There was no update on my orders, no information where my stuff are. “Annie” customer service is a robot. What a shame!
Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM “FRENCHIE WORLD”. Frenchie World is a scam.

Frenchie World is a SCAM. Stay away from this store! Almost a month after placing a USD 200 order (number 32940) there are 8 lost items and no information. The commitment was 12 days maximum to receive the items, the order was already charged. I’m asking for a refund but ‘Annie’ from support only repeats that there’s nothing they can do. She’s more like a bot without the ability to understand or think. Why do they even have support? I recommend you stay away from this very unethical business. Terrible experience!

This has got to stop and someone needs to stand up for the consumers who purchase things online from this sham. I am tired of Americans that work hard getting taken advantage by foreign companies that just steal basically. This company is a joke and so is the customer service. You may never get the items paid for, or they misrepresent themselves, they will misrepresent the items, they will refuse to provide tracking info that is up to date. They have taken my money and never have sent the items! I am sick of the Shanghai Scam! I am going to the authorities and this is going to stop!

I have ordered 2 beds for my dog, after few weeks received only 1 bed, been told by Annie that second is still in transit, then been advised the item been lost and they will refund the money. Still did not receive money back after few months and Annie is not replying for my emails. DO NOT ORDER, STAY AWAY

I ordered two dog food bowls from Frenchie World for a total of $100. They took several weeks to arrive, and once received I rinsed them off of all the Styrofoam pieces and placed one of the bowls in the stand, and it rocked around and would fall out with pressed down upon. Knowing that when my dogs eat, they will push on the bowls, I knew that the food or water will continually fall onto the floor when they bowl moves, or that they’d be so afraid of all the clanking noises that they wouldn’t eat out of them at all. The bowls are either defective or not properly made, as they do not fit properly into the stands like other food bowls that I have ordered. So I contacted Frenchie World to return them for a refund. I attached a photo of the bowl that doesn’t fit properly in the stand. They responded and said that they wanted to see a video. I sent them a video of the bowl clanking around in the stand and not fitting properly. I got a response that all the bowls are like that and it’s not defective, so there was nothing they could do. This company does not stand behind their products. I had ordered from them years before (and forgotten) and never received 2 items from the order. They never responded to me via emails after the first contact, and never refunded me or sent the missing item. Please save your time and do not order from them — they are scammers and their customer service is a joke. They do not refund for lost in transit, or allow you to return things when they do not fit. Your order will just cause you headaches and a loss of money. Not worth the time.

Horrible - comes from China, when they get your order wrong, Annie will not make it right - stay away- luckily Pay pal returned my $$

Hi there,

Just checking in to see when this order will ship or if it is delayed for some reason. If any of the items ordered are out of stock I would prefer to cancel this order and reorder in-stock items that will ship immediately. These are for a puppy who will outgrow them before they arrive if they are delayed much longer.

Purchased hat on December 12 for Christmas gift. On January 17th still no hat. Ask for new hat or refund. Told me to be patient! So far still no hat and now are not responding. Stay away!

FRENCHIE WORLD PREYS ON FRENCHIE LOVERS

Do not let yourself be suckered. This has been an ongoing ordeal for 6 months. I placed an order from Frenchie World for a French Bulldog coin bank in the amount of $69.90. Frenchie World FAILS TO DELIVER A PRODUCT AND FAILS TO REFUND.

I have had a total of 11 email correspondences since July 16, 2020 with Annie. Frenchie World is using the COVID situation to make up lies about delayed deliveries and lost packages. Annie is fairly quick about replying to emails; however, she (if she is even a she) leaves an obscure answer, such as “Your order has arrived in your country so we would like to ask you to wait a few more days and you will receive it…Don’t worry, everything is alright.” There is no specific tracking information ever exchanged.

By September 30, Annie states that my order was lost and gives me the option of resending or refund. I was an [censored] and opted to resend. Fast forward to November 28, I still do not have the package. When asked for a tracking number, Annie’s response is “Tracking number will be automatically sent any moment now.” There was no tracking sent. Why wouldn’t it be attached it to the email? When confronted again, there was no same day/next day response by Annie.

On December 9, I requested the refund. Here comes the apology and for me to wait 10-15 business days. What company makes you wait that long for a credit card refund?

It is now 2021. I finally demanded the refund. Annie’s final response was to send my request to the accounts department, as I should have already received it. Frenchie World policy is 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT DAYS), just long enough for the customer to conveniently forget about it. Frenchie world makes you wait 6 months because by then, the window to dispute the transaction with the credit card just might expire.

This is when I pulled up the Frenchie World reviews, only to read the same script. It was a flurry of the same false assurances. I confronted Annie about this, and I have yet to receive a response. It’s sickening to see pop ups on the website indicating that someone has purchased from them. Of course, these pop ups may be fake to entice browsers to buy. Frenchie World is exploiting people who love the breed and spoiling their frenchies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FRENCHIE WORLD. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED. Shopify, Frenchie World's selling platform, needs to put an end to this fraudulent scheme.

Report them to bbb.org. consumer complaints. (Wouldn't let me post the link) Similar story, words can't even describe how frustrated and angry I am. Lets shut them down! They stole from all of us and doing it to other people (many more).

I ordered two items back in February. One finally showed up in June after months of checking in via email, getting bad tracking info from "Annie", also being asked to be patient, that my items would "show up any day". The last item has still not arrived, over 6 months later. I asked for a refund. Annie advised she requested it - that was over 6 weeks ago. I will NEVER order another item from this site! Buyers beware.

Wow wish I found this before I ordered. Same story here! Ordered my products july 4th.. charged July 4th. Ordered 4 things, 2 cheap things showed up. Its currently Aug 12th.

I'm disputed the payment. This company is a scam!

Order placed July 17 Took my money July 17 Merchandise arriving in bits and pieces only after I emailed to see where it was. Annie always responds with "be patient" and "due to covid 19"..no longer an excuse in my books. Don't take money until you ship items. Is now Aug 11 and I just rec'd 2nd item out of 5 ordered. Ordered size M...rec'd size XL. Dog will never get this big so are useless and a waste of my money. As for other 3 items, well they are out there somewhere but tracking is always way behind. This package supposedly left China July 26 and tracking now shows in Toronto as of July 10. Had to buy bowls locally as pups came home over a week ago. So 2 bowls in last shipment are not needed anymore...more waste of money
