Scammed told me I was recieving a puppy I never recieved. First there was a **** air crate fee, then they told me his life insurance expired and I needed to pay another **** for that because he cant travel through Kansas. They he supposedly gets the Chicago and they tell me its another *** dollars for a permit which Illinois state says he doesnt need until hes 4 months on top of that the fee is only *** to the state. The "logistics" company is reqiring all these fees the seller told me to pay or loose my dog its not her responsibilty anymore.
