The man goes by the name Issac Fisher. They offer french bulldog puppies for sale. Once we pick a puppy, they had us pay for the puppy through Quick Pay with Zelle. Once the money was transfered, he kept insisting the funds didn't go through. When my husband told them it did and his bank statement proves it did. The man hung up and blocked his number. Since he didn't know my number, I texted him about a puppy. I told him I was close to him and asked for his address so I could come see the puppy and pay him in cash. Never replied and blocked my number.

I was scammed to buy a precious little puppy and sent my money and they never delivered. Their website is French kind many bullies.com

Please let us get out all over the Internet that they are a complete scam. They sent me pictures and now that I look back they look like stock photos. The phone number they use was 1-240-848-7335. They took me for $1100. I was it [censored] to fall for it but my daughters dog died and I was just trying to make her happy. The happy went to said very fast because of people like this guy. Please spread the word
