I have made an online purchase with French Face on Friday, May 28, 2021, purchase + Shipping charge $10.00, total $107.50 USD. Due to the pandemic, I do understand many businesses are running behind on goods delivery. The business website stated the purchase will be shipped within 5 - 7 business days and an email will be sent to the buyer. I never received any email from this merchant, so I finally sent an initial email to Molly on July 12. 2021 informing the merchant that either I have received an email or receive the goods that I purchased and paid long time ago back in May 2021. I informed the merchant that I no longer wish to received the goods and I am requesting a full refund due to me as soon as possible. As I did not receive any response, I then sent a 2nd follow up email to Molly. I finally received a reply from Molly on July 15, 2021, she states: Hi Sheriva. So sorry. When the business transferred over, a few orders got lost in the system. I will absolutely refund you and apologize for the poor experience. On July 20, 2021, sent 3rd email requesting for the refund status. Sent email #4 on July 23, 2021 because I still have not received the full refund and I demanded to know when can I expect my refund....No Response from Molly. Out of the blue, I received an email from Molly on August 15, 2021, same lame excuses and she stated:

Hi there!

I am so sorry- this was just forwarded to me as we have moved to another business and I believe a few orders were lost in the shuffle. I am going to look into finding this right away in the morning, or I will immediately issue your refund.

I am terribly sorry for this experience.

Well, no surprise to me that this business is scamming people to make purchase from their website but never filled the customer orders.

As of today, 09/28/2021, I still have not received my refund, very sad. Whatever happen to her statement that "I will immediately issue your refund". I want to warn others NOT to buy anything from this merchant, she is a real scammer of people hard earned money, her despicable lies are just unacceptable!!!!
