They work in conjunction with a customer placing orders. The customer will state that they want this freight company to handle shipping. Customer then pays for the order +PTExpress quoted freight. We pay the freight company which then begins delaying and eventually you lose all contact. The customer (William Cupi) then pulls his payment back and you’re stuck with a loss in the amount you sent the freight company.
