I was sent over by a pet seller that was using this company to send a kitten. On the day of the travel, they sent an email saying that due to Covid-19 I had to rent a temperature-regulated crate for the cat that would be refunded once the kitten was delivered. They said the Boston airport was putting them on-hold until the payment was made. I paid, and a few hours later received another email that they were now in the Lexington airport in Kentucky and now needed $1500 for an insurance also due to Covid-19. However, in this email they spoke of bird transport, included many typos, and sent a fake insurance company certificate, which made me realize this was a scam.
