Hi I have been paying my freeway Insurance monthly since January I have been recently trying to get a tow truck for my car to see what problems with it and every time I call road side assistance they answer saying a different insurance company and they say let me connect you to freeway then when I’m finally connected they say another different insurance company name they get all the information from you then they place you on hold and never return back to the call has been happening for 3 -4 days straight all locations are closed except for one business day at each location also each business opening day is different and when you do go on the day that they say they are open they are closed on that day to
