I purchased two dresses for $100 that came (delayed) and in NO WAY as depicted on the website. When I notified them that I'd like to return/refund the goods they offered 30% of the total and no need to return the clothes. I said I'd prefer to return and would cover the return shipping. When I went to do so, the post office was going to charge $68 for the shipping to China. I then contacted the free hippie spirit website and told them I would accept the 30%. So I paid $70 for nothing. This is a scam operation.

I ordered from this company and have received nothing in return. The company is in London, and has no listed phone number. I have sent emails requesting a refund, and have gotten no response. They also will not provide a tracking number. I placed my order on 11-10-2024. They took $67.00 from my bank account on 11-13-2024. They have sent me NOTHING!
