My mother ordered a Trump hat that was you pay shipping $7.95. She was charged an extra $119.97. When called to check they say they will send a check back. I asked for it to be added back to account. They said they were 3rd party and they can't do that. When asked for the Company phone number it went to a reservation center.
She ordered it on FB. Never order anything off FB. they are scammers. I told them in no uncerten terms what I thought about them. I am not one to take this scamming people. I will call everyday. If you have ordered from them and would like to call the number is (877) 988-0606.

I saw the freedomstore advertisement on Facebook, it looked legit, I read what I thought were real reviews,so I ordered the makeup box for 29.99. I patiently waited for what I thought was the right amount of time,I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered, but I have no makeup box here, it was never delivered. I've been trying to reach them by emailing them at the email they say to contact them at and I get an email back saying that it's non deliverable. I am so upset, I'm out 30.00! I will take this further and make a case with my payment center,but that will take awhile...but Im sad I didn't get the makeup box! I think its a shame that this store is scamming people out of their money and they need to be stopped!

This company offered a Mystery Makeup box for $19.99. The description and photos of it was of a box filled with miscellaneous makeup that was supposed to be worth a certain amount. It was supposed to be similar to getting a box from **** or *********. The reviews all looked good and the site looked legit. When my package arrived it was not at all what was advertised. It was a small envelope with 3 dollar store items, none of which was makeup. The address and name on the envelope was also different from the business name of website. Instead of FREEDOMSTORES it came from some company called LESS’MORE LTD located at 147-09 182ND St in Springfield Gardens NY, 11413. I wenttotheirsite and went to the contact us section and the email address is apparently fake as all attempts to email them was undeliverable. I have already reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I don’t want to see this company get another penny scamming people.

This company advertises that, for $19.99, you can buy a “mystery box” and that you will get “a full set of makeup.” Company also claims “The makeup in the box is worth at least US$799.99 and the highest value is US$9999.”

Lastly, they say “Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or issues about your purchase.

We will always be here to work it out with you” and “We make sure that every customer is 100 % satisfied in every aspect with 24/7/365 FAST SUPPORT!”

I received the following, as shown in the attached picture (I ordered two, as one was to be for my granddaughter). I tried both email addresses provided and neither was valid. I wrote a truthful review and, since it was unfavorable, someone deleted it. The only reviews shown on the site are all glowing, with the highest marks. I tried 5-6 times to submit my review and it was deleted every time!
