I was trying to find an American Standard walkin tub for my new home. I searched on American Standard walkin tubs but was redirected to their website instead. I didn't realize it was a bate and switch until after we signed a contract. I canceled the contract the same day we signed it well within the legal three day cancelation period; in fact we hadn't even been charged on our credit card UNTIL the third day when we were informed on the forth day that we were supposed to cancel in writing with certified mail BEFORE the third day. I had called the salesman who said as long as it was in writing, which it was because I responded to three different people with that company requesting to cancel with an immediate refund, and yet they still refused to honor the three day cancelation period. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND! They charge many thousands of dollars over what it actually costs to buy one of these tubs with installation. As far as I can tell it is a complete scam and I don't even know if they really have tubs and showers. By the time you realize you've been taken, they've already walked out the door with your money.
