I ordered a pair of shorts from freedom industries. I paid for expedited shipping because I ordered them as a gift. It has been 10 days and it still only says order placed. No tracking number or anything. They took my $70 immediately after ordering though. They ruined my present and collected extra money for expedited shipping. I've emailed 3 times and just get a robot response. No phone number available. It's a shame companies can't just earn their money outright instead of scamming others for hard earned cash.
