Derm le Mar was on a Facebook listing for skincare. Offer was a for bottle and to pay shipping. I received the bottle. The company called for me to pay the shipping which I did and they told me more product would be coming. I told them I did not want any more product and they said they could not cancel because I had a balance. They said I was supposed to let them know how the product was within 8 days (of what I am not sure). The company continues to call me telling me I have a balance and they cannot cancel until I pay the balance. Each time they call the balance goes up....started at 24.99 and is now at 250.00. They tell more product will be shipped out tomorrow and I told them I will return it to them. They replied that cannot be done. I asked for their phone number and was give 866-460-3-9536 which of course does not work. I asked who the president of the company was and the rep said I could not ask that question. I explained a few things to him at this point and told them to never call me again. I said they could send me a bill and the reply was they were not allowed to. I then replied I was not allowed to give my information over the phone and they hung up on me. Just want to get this information out to BBB.
