I saw an advertisement to purchase a bottle of Keto gummies for $39.99. I put my credit card information and instead of charging me $39.99, they charged me $199 and $59.99 for 5 bottles and 1 other item for $59.99 that I did not order. I immediately called the customer care number 888-436-5084 to cancel the order. When the number answered they said to push 9. I pushed 9 and at first the recording said invalid and to push 9 again. When I pushed 9 again it went to a voice mail and said to leave info and order number. I did that 3 times and told them to cancel the order that it was deceiving, that the amount was supposed to be $39.99 and just to cancel the complete order. They sent me an email saying they confirmed the order and gave me order number 5C29A1828B. I sent the email back to them and told them to cancel the order 2 times. This was on 3-2-23. On 3-3-23 I got an email that it had been shipped from LBOR CITY FLORIDA 33773. the tracking number is USPS 9405511206223888824521. I called their customer service number on 3-4-23 when I saw the email that the order had been shipped. This time I did not push 9 like the recording told, I just stayed on the line. The person I spoke to was Tanja. I asked why was it shipped when I had called 3 previous times and emailed them to cancel the order. I cancelled the order by calling the customer service number and emailed them to cancel within about 15 minutes after order placed. She said I would have to wait till I got the package and call back...and hung up on me. I immediately called my credit card company and put a lock on my card, but they had already charged my card 2 fees, one for $199 and another one for $59.99. My credit card company took a dispute from me and locked my card. When the package is received at my post office box I will refuse it, but per my credit card company I may not get my money back. Also, the credit card company showed that chewsacv billed the fees to my card with another telephone number 833-202-3823. That said nothing about [email protected] or did not show the customer service number 888-436-5084 that I was given.
