Saw the ad on Facebook about keto gummies, buy 1bottle get 2 free. Suppose to be $56. When I put in my card info they didn't let me see what the total was that they took from my charge card. When I finally saw they took out 199 dollars I called customer service and was told I couldn't cancel. So I had to wait for the product and then return it for a full refund. When I got the product they sent 5bottles and I was told I had to wait for them to send me a rma# well the order was placed on 2/17 and I sent it back thru the post office on March 1st. I have the receipt and tracking #. So I have emailed them and keep getting the runaround. So I am still waiting on my refund. They received the product but I just want my money back. I can not spend that kind of money on anything. I just turned 70 and live on a low income thru social security.

I took advantage of an offer for skincare samples for $6.95 each. Then I was billed $119.95 for each product sample. I tried calling the company and they said it was a legitmate charge for the samples I received. I asked about returning them because I was duped. They said they would not accept a return and charges stay. This is a scam and should not be allowed. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company.

The company advertises face cream at a free trial period, but does not openly state the trial period, which was only 7 days, and charge $6.95 for shipping and handling for each product. Then, they charge the customer’s credit card $119.95 for each of the products. Once they charge and the customer realizes the purchase was not approved and tries to call their customer service number, they say it is too late to return the product for a refund.

Special on CBD gummies: 1 bottle free with $6 shipping. I ordered but receipt showed 3 bottles charged for $199 with free shipping plus $60 more for 2 bottles of CBD oil, for a total of $259. I immediately notified VISA and they stopped all future charges I may receive, but this charge still pending, cannot be contested until posted. I was told to return the product without opening.
