They responded on August 4, 2018 and let me know that my order would arrive in the next 12-20 days but likely within the next 2 weeks as it was coming from overseas.
On August 27, 2018 I e-mailed them again to inquire about my order as it still had not arrived and got no response.
On August 30, 2018 I e-mailed them again that it had been 26 days since their response that it could take up to 20 days. At that point it had been 41 days since I placed the order. I asked them for a response and a refund as I'm pretty sure I will not ever receive my order.
It is September 4, 2018 and I still have not received my order nor have I heard from them again.
