I placed and order to freeshipdeals.com in October of 2021. I've copy and pasted the confrimation email they sent to me. I thought it was legitimate, but today is January 29,2022. I still have not received my items. I've emailed them 2x per month but they keep sending me a generic email asking for my order number. I sent them the order number, the another generic email comes back that they're looking into it. They haven't refunded my account though I've asked for a refund several times.They have a non-working phone number on their website and I;ve tried contacting shopify who powers their site. I cannot contact support or the company. Here's their reply to my order.
