The scam came across as winning a free prize after answering questions about a recent experience with lowes through email. I answeeed the questions they said i won a free tool set and just had to pay shipping of 10 dollars. After everything was done and paid for the 10 dollars became pending from my account then another 56 dollars was charged to my accou t from a different website that cant be found. After calling the customer service help number I found that i hadnt won anything but had paid for a entry into a drawing for said tool set. And that the 56 dollar charge was because of that with no mention online about it at all there was also no mention about it being a recurring monthly charge. After talking to the customer service rep they would only refund me 25% of the total cost totaling 14 dollars and change.
