I ordered a blanket and two pillows from this company off of Instagram. Before ordering, I checked to make sure they were a legitimate company. I went to their website, looked online and they seemed good. 6 weeks after placing my order I still hadn't gotten any update or shipping information so I emailed them. They apologized saying they were behind and would I like a refund. They said that it would be another 2 weeks before my items were shipped. I said I would wait 2 weeks for the blanket. 4 weeks later, I sent another email asking them to just refund me my money since I still hadn't heard from them or received my items. They went ghost on me and I haven't gotten any replies. Seems to be a problem because their facebook page doesn't allow reviews or posts to their page. Now their Instagram only has pictures of scenery and angry customers posting that they wish they could get their orders filled or their money back. It's clearly a fraudulent company and their stealing money. I lost $188.

I order a rug from this website on January 23, and a month later I still haven't received the product. After not hearing back from the site's customer service team, I looked online to find dozens of customers that that similier issues. This included not receiving products, receiving low quality products months after ordering, and refund requests being denied or ignored.

I purchased 2 blankets for $85.40 in the beginning of November. I received confirmation of my order, they received the money and then I never heard anything else from them. I emailed “Customer Service” with no response. I then filed a PayPal claim after waiting for over a month. The scammer finally responded with a tracking number that is supposedly coming from China but has now been sitting in Pre-Shipment for over a week and has yet to be shipped. This place is a scam and I don’t know if I’ll ever get my money back.

Purchased an item several weeks ago and received an order confirmation but never a shipping confirmation. And you can bet I never received the item either.

This business has social media accounts where they also steal images. Countless people posts comments trying to warn others of this scam, but the comments are deleted. You can tell because the number of comments will decrease, and previous comments calling out this business are gone hours later.
