This company charged me for a product that they never delivered. Their social media shows that many others have suffered the same experience with them. They do not respond to any outreach or requests to refund via e-mail, their contact form, or social media outlets. They actively remove any complaints on public facing social media.

I ordered a more expensive item off their website without doing my research about the company. I expected shipping to be a little slower because I assumed they were a smaller company. A few weeks went by and I hadn't even been notified that my item had shipped so I emailed them and a woman actually responded promptly saying she would check my order for me but never asked about my order number or anything so I don't know how she would've checked. Needless to say she never got back to me after that, I continued sending emails almost every other day and none of them received responses. There's no phone number provided anywhere or else I would call and try to get a refund. It's been over a month since I've ordered now and I still have not received my order or any responses to my inquiries. Being a college student I need all the money I can get. I don't even care if I get my order now, I just want my money back.

This website advertised on instagram. They appear to be a beautiful mailorder shop, but they take your money and do not send you your products or respond to your emails. They literally just steal your money.

I have placed an order two month ago and have not received my things, I have emailed several times and get the same answer, that my items are lost so I demanded. Refund and still not getting anywhere

I viewed an item from an ad on facebook which took me to this companys website and then purchased a blanket from this company on 10/30/17 and received this message "Thank you for your purchase!

Hi Marla, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." immediately in my inbox. Then received this email on 11/02/17 "It would mean so much to us if you took a couple of minutes to give us some feedback: How was your shopping experience with us? How can we make it better?" Then received this email on 11/04/17 "Your order is on the way

Your order is on the way to you. Track your shipment to see the delivery status." When I clicked the link to track the order it said there was no tracking available. It is 11/14/17 and I have not received my item. As I looked further into their very beautiful website, I saw that there is no phone number and I looked up the address and it belongs to a home not a business. They have a way to contact via email on their site which I did several times to no avail and with no response. I also tried to contact them through facebook where there are nothing but similar reviews from people not receiving merchandise. I'm asking to have my money refunded and I plan to call my credit card company. I think this company is a fraud.
