I believed they were a legitimate provider of free COVID testing sets. They sent sets that do not include testing results information without contacting them. They continually send additional unrequested kits. I will contact my insurance provider to make sure they are not charged, and if so, to deny payment.

I requested online FREE covid tests,giving my meficsl information and symptoms 2 months ago in May. On july 26th,2023, two months later i revieve 1 box 1 envelope w tests. The box ssy can not mail back ir will be billed! Also needs to be used and sent in within 7 dsys to not be charged! Unacceptable! I signef up fir free two months ago to have on hand. Not to be pressured to take a test or i will be charged! Or charged at all!!!!

Robo phone call they said they could ship 4 Covid at home test kits free and Medicare would pay for them.

I received 4 at home covid test kits and a PCR kit to send back in 7 days. The PCR kit cannot be returned unused or discarded. You will be billed directly for the PCR kit used or unused..

All I wanted was the 4 free covid test kits not the PCR kit or the billing.
