Searching for a conference call platform, this supposed company is closely related in name to a reputable one. By mistake, I set up an account for conference calls. I was issued a dial-in number and access code for participants. I could have up to 1,000 participants in one conference cal meeting. However, some participants were unable to be connected because the recording stated that the limit had been reached. This was only after two or three callers attempted to get on. Still believing that I had chosen the reputable company's page, I discovered that I had erroneously set up an account on this bogus company's site. There is no phone number to reach them. Nor is there an address on file for them. Trying to delete the information I had to give such as my email address and phone number, there wasn't a way to delete the account.
