A young man giving away free Vortex tablets asked me for sixty dollars for a tablet the tablet is not working properly and I was told by someone later that this gentleman was not supposed to ask for money which he did I received the tablet last Wednesday in front of the HRA center at 16th Street in New York City I think it is unfair for someone to sell free items and ask for money I gave him 20$ Dollars for the item he also gave me a free phone.My E-Mail is **********************.I would like to receive a new tablet my address is *** **** **** ****** *** **** ***** the tablet was a vortex free government tablet.
