Fred Whitney, representing JBL&Associates, signed a purchase agreement on behalf of the company. The agreement included two buildings: Building A, which has a size of 3250 sq ft and is already constructed, and Building B, with a size of 10200 sq ft, which has not been built yet. Initially, they assured us that they possessed all the necessary building permits to begin construction. However, when we reached out to the planning department of California City, they informed us that they had not received any such documents.

Upon learning this, we requested copies of the permits from Fred Whitney, but we did not receive any satisfactory explanation or the requested documents. Additionally, the escrow agent informed us that Fred Whitney had not provided them with the necessary resolution from the members, granting him permission to sign the deal. We informed Fred Whitney that, until we receive all the required documents, we are willing to negotiate the terms but will not proceed with any further payment.

Since then, Fred Whitney has avoided communication with us, ignoring our emails and phone calls.
