I am looking for an AP position and received email first by someone name Angel. Using an legitimate company it appears as their alias- I was informed that the position I was applying for wouldn't be open until June 24th however there was an admin assistant job open now and if I take that, it would assure my hiring for the AP position. I was interested and where I was expecting to be interview I was automatically given the position. Being told that a check would be sent to me that I am to deposit in my bank account, blah-blah. Immediately knew from that point, this wasn't right. A scam. Called the real company and told them of this scam but wanted to be sure they were taken this serious I decided to report this to you as well.
I am attaching the email conversations as well as a copy of the check I was sent to deposit in my account. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
