I have received many phone calls from a "Mr. Collins" and a "Deborah Clay" from FRC stating that there is going to be a judgement against me, for a loan I took out 4 years ago. When I request that they send me documentation of the loan they refuse to do so stating that the original collection agency did this 3 years ago and they cannot send documentation. When I ask why they cannot send the documentation, all they do is fight with me and tell me, "Fine then we will have a failure to appear and a judgement against you and your SSN." When I ask why this is from 3 years ago and not hitting my credit, they simply state, this has not been reported. They are pretty convincing in making you feel like legal action is going to be taken. I am all for settling my debts if I have them however they have failed to provide me with any documentation.

They been calling me from different 1-800#s now it is this one 877-409-3156 a rep called John (Does not leave John last name so, you know is is a scam if their calling to take legal actions against you.) I am sick of these calls people try to scam people out of there money. I just reoprt them that all I can do.
