CheapGuru is charging clients a fee of $50 per person for "flight changes made by airlines". I contacted the airlines, and they stated that if they made the changes in the flight status, there would be no extra charges to the customer. CheapGuru has notified me twice by text of these "changes" and that if I did not acknowledge receipt of the text, I could possibly miss my flight. I acknowledged the first time and ended up with a charge of $150 to my credit card. I have not acknowledged the 2nd text. Please let consumers know that CheapGuru is a rip off and not cheap.
