I hired Magnolia investments in February 2023 to assist in business startup which also included tax preparation. The owner Brittany Smith, reviewed my taxes stated they needed amended from previous years along with filling for ERC. The owner prepared and sent in business tax forms and did not provide any copies. I was informed by the IRS of the errors made and fraudulent claims I contacted Brittany to correct and she stated there was nothing wrong and also would not contact the IRS advocate. Brittany also will not refund any money owed.
