Company never actually removes negative reviews. Process continues to repeat and they try and tell you they need more time. Upon canceling I received this information; If you wish to cancel your account, Dandy requires a 30-day notice of cancellation that can only be accepted by our billing department if you have 30 or less days remaining until the end of your contract. You must submit your 30-day cancellation request via a written and dated email to [email protected] (mailto:[email protected]). Please be aware that once your service is cancelled, the progress on your current reviews in progress will be halted and any removed reviews may be added back to your review sites.
