I ordered a bathroom sink as an exact replacement for a damaged one in my fifth wheel camper. The cost of the sink was $72.00. Shipping was a flat fee of 59.99. The order went through, and a charge showed up on my credit card for $139.99. The next day I received an email explaining the sink reserved for me had been damaged and they had no more in stock, but they successfully found a replacement from another company. They also indicated they would need another $200.00 for shipping, but since I was a valued customer (I have never ordered from them before) they would cover half of the cost, so I needed to give them another $100.00 to get the sink. I canceled the order and told them I wanted a refund. I also let them know I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I received an email back about how sorry they were and they cancelled the order. They also indicated I would receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days under the name Five Star Retail Brands. We'll see if that happens. Then they sent me another email that my order was cancelled and my payment has been voided. It is still listed as pending on the credit card website.

Online pop-up ad, time limited offer, by the time I was in the middle of ordering, the offer changed without my knowledge. I ended up with 6 bottles instead of the 1 that I thought I ordered, and was charged for 6. I cancelled the payment with my bank, but the next month I was charged again.

Called the company/customer service number, had a very hard time getting them to cancel the second charge and cancel any reorders.
