This debt was forgiven in bankruptcy 14 years ago. They are contacting other family members as well. They are saying that I will have a court date for civil dispute. When calling our court house, there is no such filing. They are sending this to my daughter, as well as a former step daughter. I have contacted my bankruptcy lawyer as well, and they say it is a scam, a scare tactic to try to collect on old debts.
